Headset is excellent for the money. The sound quality is good enough to make voice chat clear and there's a surprising amount of bass. The sensitivity is enough to get an unbearably loud sound from a computer or phone. The audio adapter that allows it to work as a headset and mic on a computer with separate 3.5mm headphone and mic ports is great, and the mic mute switch works as advertised. The mic boom tucks away when not in use, and USB is only required for the backlight. You can leave it disabled for an unobtrusive look. The small claims I have are to be expected from something in this price range. The leather earbuds could be a little softer and the mic a little quieter. A fully anticipated $25 headset is certainly a solid price.
