2 things you need to know is that the shift arm is too short to going through both wiper control levers on the F250. So I had to remove the old one and put this motor in. It's metric so I had to file the old one down to fit this motor. Secondly, it comes with a Ford style ground pin so it cannot be connected to an OEM pin.
