I have been using it for many years and I bought it again to give as a gift. This is useful for extracting juice from lemons and limes. The perforated shaft effectively filters out the pulp and seeds. It's strong enough. When I first bought it I thought it might not be strong enough because the metal seemed a bit flimsy. My reservations were unfounded; after many years of intensive use, it has proven to be strong enough for even the hardiest of limes! So easy to clean; mostly just rinse. If you want the pulp, you can extract it from the perforated spout, separate the seeds and put them back in the juice with little effort. This is a great kitchen tool.
