The fact that I have been able to integrate this software into our other systems of record has made my life so much easier! Being in such close proximity with all employees' schedules makes for more efficient scheduling meetings etc., being fully integrated across several platforms means we are not having redundent data entry or reporting issues anymore either!! Nothing really at present - just minor hiccups here & there but they don't seem too difficult (or long) to fix now thanks mostly due to their excellent support team who take great care when solving any problems you may come up against :) We use it primarily internally within Wetherby though also some external clients where needed however if/when those companies do move onto365 then yes likely would need another solution outside of ours because its benefits extend far beyond what's required by us alone.
