I bought this tunnel to use with my Roborovski hamster but I didn't realize how big it was! My robot still loves it and it's definitely big enough for a Syrian hamster. This is a good choice for a playpen for your small animals or would look great in their bedding enclosure. PS I've seen a few reviews saying it's too big to fit in a hamster cage. I have 480 sqm. inches and it fits perfectly. Please note that the MINIMUM AREA for a hamster enclosure is 450 square meters. Customs in the US and more than many other countries (take a look at Germany which has some of the best imo standards). So if this tunnel doesn't fit in your hamster's house, I'm sorry but your cage is too small.
