Review on Columbia Kid's Techsun Vent Sandal: Unisex Footwear for Enhanced Comfort and Ventilation by Adam Hutchinson

I bought these as a fun summer shoe for my 8 year old to wear by a creek but when he tried them on he immediately complained that they were uncomfortable. Adjust the straps to ensure nothing is tight or chafing. We went for a short walk and he was whining all the time, which is not normal for him. He even wanted to come back to get other shoes! I disposed of the packaging too quickly, so no return possible. Hoping they might soften when he wears them but bought other sandals. Wouldn't buy again.
