Bought because I work full time. Most of my work involves delivery and I wanted a spy to put it in my shirt pocket and record the transmission to customers. That way, when they try to cheat and claim they never received their order (which is a lot more common than you think), I have irrefutable evidence to the contrary. But it hardly satisfies my needs for it, so. First, the Chinese-English instructions are very poorly translated. There's nothing wrong with being funny, it's just annoying because they're so hard to understand. I've been using this camera for a couple of weeks now and still can't figure out how long to hold the record button and what indicator means it's recording and when it's done. If they could ask someone to rewrite the instructions in readable english it would help me to understand how to use the product properly. Secondly, the video and sound quality is fine. I would not recommend using this camera to create YouTube or Tiktok videos. Since I only use it to record deliveries and customer interactions, the quality is good enough to capture that. It's advertised at 1080p but looks more like 480p or less. The pen I received did not come with a micro memory card, which is fine as I have a bunch of cards lying around that I never use. Therefore it was the cheapest I could find at Revain. I would recommend this to all couriers who only want CYA on delivery. But if you think it's James Bond-grade spyware, you're in for a rude awakening.
