I bought this duplicate PetSpy system and it's amazing. Unfortunately my husband Rotti decided he didn't like it and chewed on the remote control. I have contacted PetSpy to see if only the transmitter can be ordered and not the collars. Without a doubt, PetSpy gave me an immediate answer and solution. They only provided a replacement transmitter and offered me a 20% discount on a replacement. I would highly recommend their products and services to anyone looking for this type of system for their pets.
