I love making jelly out of it. They are the perfect size for the jelly I make for myself. To pop them out of the mold, I just stick my finger in the bottom of the mold and pop them out. Light! Clean dishwasher. I'm not a fan of drops. At least not for the purpose I use forms for. Others might like droppers. I simply pour the hot jelly into a measuring cup and pour directly into the molds. I tried making lollipops out of it but it didn't work. Forms are not to blame. I just couldn't find a good recipe that would fit into my restrictive diet. I had no trouble bending the forms as they filled out like other forms. I suggest planting them on a flat baking sheet. This makes moving much easier and less spatter. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase. I paid the regular Revain price on the day of purchase. I have not received any compensation for this review.
