Review on PRISM DocRecord by Kevin Singleton

I like how easy it is for me as an employee of PrismDocRecords LLC to access my files in order to submit them electronically or print hard copies from home when necessary.

It also makes sense that they are able to provide services across all 50 states! The only issue with this software has been issues related to compatibility between computers/platforms (eg., computer not compatible with Windows 7). However, these problems have now been resolved after upgrading our system to Office 365 through Microsoft's subscription program; we do still receive messages regarding updates via email but haven't experienced any technical difficulties since then. We use their document storage service primarily so employees can easily retrieve files without having to travel back into work each day if need be.
