A little small if you've got big feet.

Even though this rocker is clearly made for "average" feet, I found I was able to use it okay. The construction is one sturdy piece of fairly thick plastic, so I don't think there will be any durability issues. I found it worked best on carpet, the pads on the bottom didn't grip my wood floors as well as I expected. It's definitely worth giving it a test with your hand before you start stretching. Finally, I really liked the instructions that came with it. They were fairly clear on how to do different stretches.

The spiked ball massager can relieve tension and stress in the foot and calf, providing a calming effect after a long day of standing or exercising

Cons

May not be suitable for those with arthritis or other joint conditions
