Block bad light, help your eyesight!
I've used a variety of "blue light" glasses and these are very comfortable and help the screen "pop out" with better natural colors. No overly orange or distorting hue. However, you can see a clear color cast when viewing a white screen. This seems to be enough to make me feel comfortable wearing glasses for an extended period of time. I think I made the right choice and the price helps a lot!
