I bought this for my e-bike I'm working on and it works great. It fits perfectly with the rack I have. so far it seems pretty solid. The purpose of this bag is to hold and protect my battery. I have a UPP 52v 20ah battery pack for my e-bike and it measures 11.3 x 5.9 x 2.76. When I was looking for a bag, this bag caught my eye because it measures 11.81 x 6.69 x 4.72, so I figured it would fit in easily with some wiggle room. for some padding. As you can see from my picture, it fits very tight on all sides, less than an inch at the top, and took a little time and effort to fit. It actually works better for me because the battery doesn't move around in my pocket at all.
