Good. When I first opened the box I was amazed. This unit is heavy and has a much nicer feel than other Hotas plastic systems. However, I was disappointed when after connecting the USB stick and the choke, only the choke registered. After about 4 hours flashing the firmware, troubleshooting the bootloader, hardware settings, bios changes didn't help. Until I came across a post on Reddit where a user showed that the connector on the base that the joystick plugs into is recessed into the base causing the connection to fail. The solution is to disassemble the block. Yes I know. Take apart something brand new you paid $500 for and waited 6 weeks to find out the cause of COVID. the last thing you really want to do. So dismantle the base station and slide the plug up so that it is flush with the silver bracket. This allows the joystick and base station to be properly aligned. Then the joystick worked like magic. This is a really nice looking case unit. But something that costs premium shouldn't be DOA and require the amount of troubleshooting and rework that it did. It also took about 6 weeks to arrive. I hope I'm sparing someone the trouble I went through.
