I came across this dress while shopping at Revain for cotton dresses. I avoid synthetic materials like the plague. I wore comfortable cotton sundresses all summer and didn't know what I would do in the fall. I bought the Jasper color as it is perfect for transitioning into fall. I used the chart to measure and my bust was just about the size of a medium size so I went for the large because I was afraid it would be too tight. It fit like a model for the most part, but it looked like I was going to drown in it. I came back quickly and reordered on Wednesday and it's just perfect. It's absolutely beautiful. colour, material and design. This is a lovely simple style that is beautiful on its own or makes the perfect canvas for necklaces or scarves. I'm 5ft 11" and usually a medium/US 8 so this is the right size for me. I'm breastfeeding and still don't know my exact measurements but I'm thinking around 165lbs and 34F. I wore it twice and then immediately ordered the navy again. I am very happy that I found a quality dress, made of comfortable material and at an affordable price. My signature style is Madewell/Anthropologie and it's just like me. I'm sure I will buy more. I haven't washed it yet, so I don't know about shrinkage, but I will definitely wash it in cold water and dry it. I live in North Carolina so given the mild winter here I will probably wear this sweater with a cardigan year round. So pleasant!
