Excellent But again

Great from the start. But I've got some problems I can't handle. Strange, I really need a good manual or a company website or even a company I can find. There is no guide on how to set it up properly. The clamp failed after several dozen cuts. Now the safety mechanism is broken, the plate wobbles too much and the pin is bent, you get a lot of torque with a long lever and you don't notice it. Taking it apart isn't exactly safe, but if you need to adjust the clamp, the unit's weight (over 40 pounds) is a treat. Without the fuse (the pin is not replaceable) it still works great. The cutter is very firm, so that it does not go down without effort. Without instructions I haven't figured out how to replace the piece of plastic that the cutter sits on, I think they call it a file (don't know why). Due to the long arm, it returns to available torque and easily cuts any stack of paper I feed it. It seems the bigger the stack, the better and cleaner it cuts. The only thing that is confusing is the lack of good guidance and better security. Didn't realize it was screwed up until it was too late.
