I have used and installed Williams sound systems in many churches for over 30 years. Eventually you'll need to replace your headphones, I've tried many others and this is the only option that works. I find the cheaper single mono headphones, many of which only last a month or less, and church members like to wrap cables around the receivers and stretch the wire. This product holds up much better. I wish it had a better sound, but it does the job. I also order replacement foam and change it when it gets dirty.
