The platform is easy enough for anyone in our department or with basic computer knowledge, it's also very intuitive! It was not as user friendly when we first started using but they are constantly adding new features which makes everything easier than ever before. We can easily track guest information (check ins/out) without having to do any data entry ourselves anymore! This has saved us so much time by allowing us to focus more of that energy into customer service rather then just answering questions about reservations!
