Drawers are decent but screws are missing

UPDATE (7/11/2020): It has been a week since I contacted the seller regarding insufficient packaging of screws. The seller responded quickly and asked for my postal address stating that replacement screws would be sent with tracking number once the warehouse had shipped them to him/her. To date, I have had no news or indication that anything has been sent. I would recommend drawers as they are very useful. However, plan to purchase additional screws if you plan to install all 6 pairs. I had no issues with stiffness or bearing failure during installation. I think people tend to push drawers too hard when they first set them up and slide drawers in. The rails consist of three parts: 1) the back panel, which attaches to the cabinet; 2) a middle slide that slides into the back; and 3) the front slider, which slides off the center slider to allow for full extension. The trick is to pull the center slider forward so it's flush with the front slider. Then slide the entire drawer back. My only concern is that the seller doesn't include enough screws for a complete installation. You will need at least 12 screws per pair of slides holding the drawer (6 for attachment to each side of the cabinet and 3 to each side of the drawer). I was able to fully install 5 drawers (with 5 pairs of rails) but after that I only had 6 screws to install the last drawer. I contacted the seller to ask if he could send me more screws.

Pros
  • 6 pairs of drawer slides, enough for 6 drawers, 10 inch, mounting screws included, screws included. (Note: Mounting brackets not included.)
Cons
  • Long delivery time
