This product initially seemed really cool and easy to use. However, after using it for a little over 30 minutes, the camera's quality degraded for some reason. I thought it just required some cleaning and restart but it never went back to the original clear quality from initial startup. Then, the product notified it needed a charge so I plugged it into a working outlet that I always use and it will not take any charge whatsoever! Product now starts up for 10-15 seconds then shuts off, whether I have it plugged in or not. Finally and most importantly, the tool only pressed my wax further into my ear and required me to visit the hospital to have them soften my ear wax and irrigate it. This was personally a waste of time for me and very unsafe. Sending the product back for a refund ASAP! I would suggest using Debrox and shower water for others.
