I was very surprised and satisfied with this pen. I work in construction and this handle is of a much better quality than a regular door knob. It is very durable and the design of the device is solid, thanks to which the handle is securely attached and will not loosen over time. The company is great too! I saw a burr on the door after I fitted the handle and sure enough I grabbed my sander to knock the burr off and as was supposed to happen I hit the panel with the sander leaving a scratch. I called the company to inquire about purchasing a replacement for this exact cap. The woman I spoke to was very polite and helpful. In the end they were able to ship me the part I needed and didn't even let me pay the shipping cost. Very happy with this purchase.
