This is an overview of the Mercury Glass Nail Wax Heater. It's beautiful with or without a lighted bulb. A little big for my taste. When all the lights are off, this creates a beautiful glow in the room. Very pretty. Now a review of the item as a wax warmer. It's terrible! This thing gets super hot. The smell of the wax is very strong with the new block of wax, but it heats the wax so much that the smell WAS DISAPPEARED after two days. I have other small ceramic heating pads. Ceramic insulates the wax from overheating and the scent lasts around 5-7 days. This heater is a large bulb and a metal container for wax. I even let the wax cool and harden, then took it out to sniff. Almost no smell after 2 days. And I have a sensitive nose. Well, this will make a great night light
