Installed this mount almost four months ago. It seems normal, but I don't know if I'll entrust him with an 86-inch TV that this model is said to be designed for. At 55 inches there is visible strain on the arms, especially when stretched out. A hinge nut also came loose when moving the set, but luckily I was able to replace it quickly and avoid disaster. Although the hinge assembly comes fully assembled, take a wrench with you. It does the job, but it probably won't last forever. You might want to spend a little more for a more durable model, especially if your TV is in the longer range.
