Loose fitting on Avent bottles

They are not securely attached to the advent bottles. If I flip the bottle over the top will fall off. I have not sanitized them (boiled for 5mins) so I don't know if they will shrink to fit to size. All it's doing is covering bottle nipple to stay clean and why I am giving it a 3 star as it's only doing half the job it's suppose to be doing. It can not be used for on the go as it will eventually leak.

The cups Not the Same size ,three of this cup are perfect but the other three are big and the milk spill out . The thickness not bad i recommended if you don’t use all of them
