Disappointed with customer service
I bought this air purifier after my husband had a double lung transplant. It worked fine for 6 months until I put in a new filter. I replaced it according to the instructions, but since I put a new filter in, the red light came on. I called the company and left a message but no one answered my call. Is it working correctly? Who knows, but I know I'm very upset.
