Filters are expensive but worth it. The filters are easy to install and the machine is equipped with a replacement indicator. There were blue, green, and red indicators on the front to let you know if the air quality was good, optimal, or bad. I love it.

I bought this air purifier after my husband had a double lung transplant. It worked fine for 6 months until I put in a new filter. I replaced it according to the instructions, but since I put a new filter in, the red light came on. I called the company and left a message but no one answered my call. Is it working correctly? Who knows, but I know I'm very upset.

I paid a lot of money to get real genuine HEPA filters (ordered two at a time) but what I received was dented, unlabeled (missing the "HEPA 13” label as with the original filters) the product was shipped from China with a packing list in Chinese. Very disappointed. I didn't pay for that. This is a cheap fake. In fact, the packing slip says the value of two filters in USD is $24! I paid 148€! WTF?!

I love this air purifier. It was so easy to set up with clear instructions. I can really tell the difference in our air quality and we breathe a lot better using this in our home. We added extra filters (which were left on the back porch in the rain), we were afraid they might be damaged by the rain, but the company protected them so well we were fine. I would advise anyone who wants clean air to buy this product.

The filters seem to work great and you need them if you have a Mediify Air MA-40. The only catch is that the company doesn't seem to want to sell through Revain anymore and you need to go to their website. They offer a filter subscription (for those of us including me who can't track the 6 month intervals ourselves), free shipping, and you can get the filters there for a little less than Revain.

My wife has asthma, our bedroom is in the basement. We have a dehumidifier in the bedroom. We recently installed a Mediify air purifier in the bedroom. I notice the difference, the air is fresher.
