Review on 🎥 Optoma HD146X High Performance Projector for Movies & Gaming, Bright 3600 Lumens, DLP Single Chip Design, Enhanced Gaming Mode with 16ms Response Time by Robert Sorrells

This projector was pretty good for the first few months but now only about 7 months later a handful of dead pixels are appearing almost daily. I already have dozens of dead pixels and it is clear that the image will soon disappear. I've been looking for a new projector less than a year after purchasing it and will NOT be looking at this brand. I called customer service as this projector is only 7 months old. I was redirected, I waited 20 minutes and no one answered, then I left a voice message that was never answered. I decided to give the support team one more chance, so I called again. I told them that last time they waited for me for 20 minutes. I was put on hold again, but this time I only waited 10 minutes before giving up. I called again and told them I was on hold for so long again and this time they directed me to their website to fill out a form. It's clear they don't want to help any of their existing customers with any issues they are having with their products. I took the risk of buying this brand because the specs were very close to well-known brands but at half the price. Now I know why they are so cheap. In the end, I spend significantly more money than if I just go for a reliable brand. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND. THIS IS A CHEAP COUNTERFEIT
