I have several thermometers from traditional to ear but this one is really cool. This gives us results in seconds and is exactly comparable to my traditional one. I like the big screen, it's easy to read and the cool thing is that the display turns red to indicate a fever or blue when the temperature is low. It can also be used to check the temperature of water and bath water. What I don't like is that it comes without a battery so I'll have to get my own battery but so far I like the product and I hope this thermometer lasts a long time.
