Direct replacement that works

I have owned my 2009 Silverado 2500hd for 8 years and since the day I bought it the rear passenger door (double cab) door latch actuator has never worked. I paid $100 for a Chevy to "diagnose" it and they wanted $250 for the part and labor... All these years later I decided to look around here and have it repaired for $30 an hour of my time and it works great.
