Review on ๐Ÿฅพ BornFeel Trekking Pole Replacement Tips - 16 Pack Rubber Tips for Hiking Poles, Walking Sticks, End Caps Protectors by Tim Wheeler

Have been using trekking pole tips for a few months. Here is my experience with them.

Write a review of these trekking pole tips based on usage and experiences over the last few months. I'm a fairly active hiker and use my poles a lot during the COVID-19 pandemic - more than 7 times a month or so. Sticks which I consider excellent for the money. (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01L2HYPNW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) This is the tip shape that I use the most. I am disappointed in the quality of these particular replacement tips as the plastic/rubber is harder and not as absorbent as the ones that come with trekking poles. So I feel a little more impact in my arms and shoulders with each bar installation. Also, the bare carbon tip "pierces" the underside of the replacement tip faster than the original tips that came with my trekking poles. The pack quantity is good because I went through these tips pretty quickly. However, I like a lot of cushioning and durability so I don't have to change them that often. I will be contacting Cascade Mountain in the future and see if I can get replacement tips directly from them. I will spend a little more and not buy this particular product again.

Pros
  • Suitable for most mountain poles, hiking poles, walking sticks for cement, asphalt, artificial brick and stone surfaces.
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
