Not for hiking, bad quality. Try a different brand.

I bought these tips to replace my hiking poles. They fit snugly onto the ends of the metal poles and have metal washers inside, so I was hoping they would fit for my upcoming hike in the Sierras. Unfortunately they failed after 1 day (see uploaded image), the ends of the rod punctured the rubber - it was like missing a rubber tip. This is a complete fail for hiking. I recommend buying another/quality brand.

Pros
  • Reduces wrist shock for more stability and traction when hiking.
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

They are durable and will not puncture the metal trekking pole tip

I just picked up these tips on a 5 day hike in Tennessee's Smoky Mountains. These tips are rounded at the end and made of hard rubber with a metal washer between the camping pole's metal tip and the hard rubber, they hold! Because the rubber is harder than most rubber hiking tips and the tip is rounded, there is extra rubber, they are durable. The model with the flat rubber tip grips rocks better, but the melting pole tip will sting after a few days when you're cruising and high mountain. THESE

Pros
  • Rubber trekking pole tips, 16 pcs. black, can meet your replacement needs within a certain period of time.
Cons
  • Contact Seller

Write a review of these trekking pole tips based on usage and experiences over the last few months. I'm a fairly active hiker and use my poles a lot during the COVID-19 pandemic - more than 7 times a month or so. Sticks which I consider excellent for the money. (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01L2HYPNW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) This is the tip shape that I use the most. I am disappointed in the quality of these particular replacement tips as the plastic/rubber is…

Pros
  • Suitable for most mountain poles, hiking poles, walking sticks for cement, asphalt, artificial brick and stone surfaces.
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
