I thought the glass would be thin but I was wrong. These mirror trays are VERY thick and sturdy. The gold bars/outline are also very strong, which will help to transport things in these trays. I would for sure feel comfortable with my items being securely placed in these trays. The overall design is stunning, makes everything in them look high end, but the most important part is the quality is very good. These trays are worth the price (at under $60) for three different sized trays. These trays were also packaged very nicely with consideration of the glass. I would recommend, I hope this helps :)
