I thought the glass would be thin but I was wrong. These mirror trays are VERY thick and sturdy. The gold bars/outline are also very strong, which will help to transport things in these trays. I would for sure feel comfortable with my items being securely placed in these trays. These trays complement my dresser perfectly. They are sturdy and are the perfect size to hold my husband and my perfume/cologne. Just what I was looking for!Unfortunately, I couldn't give 4 or 5 stars due to the severity of the damage on the smallest tray. One edge of the small tray is discolored, almost as if it's tarnished. OMG this are stunning pieces of glass art trays. I love them, they are so elegant and very expensive looking. I use two on my bedroom for putting my perfumes and and makeup as well as some of my accessories. I got these for our master bedroom dresser and night stands. The brass coloring goes perfectly with our accent decor.
