I received the second pair of these two products due to a shipping problem where the box of the first batch was deformed and one of the screens slid out. They sent me another box with 2 more screens so I ended up with 3 screens. The second batch was in a new, more reliable box. I mounted screens terribly due to lack of skills and dusty conditions. I broke two screens out of three because I installed them poorly. So I took the final screen to a computer/phone repair shop and they just installed the screen and it's PERFECT! This update is almost a year later (09-21); I'm ordering another one because the protective film is torn. I have no idea how. The screen interface is ok. This product is worth considering if the screen cracks because of the non-repairable finish. I had to pay $800 to replace my computer when the screen broke. I am very satisfied with this product. Also, I read in some reviews (maybe other brands of this product?) that the touchscreen sensitivity was compromised, so I was concerned, but now that it's installed there is no problem with the screen sensitivity. I am very satisfied with this product. Finally advice from the craftsmen who installed it; For a dust-free, super clean room, turn on the hot water shower and close the door. After some time, the humidity in the room clears the air of dust. Creates a very clean space to work in. They also found that this screen is VERY close to the 15-inch Surface Book screen. So much so that it made precise alignment more important. It is more difficult to install due to its huge size, so there is nothing manufacturers can do to solve this problem.
