As a new automotive buyer I was extremely disappointed with this product .As a result of my tests, i determined that it is not only unsafe, but also QUITE inefficient. While it boasts of safety features, it failed to provide any sense of security during my towing operations. The only positive aspect I could find was its relatively low price, but that hardly compensates for the overall poor quality and lack of safety. Avoid this product at all costs..
