MISSING FAN Alienware AURORA CHASSIS DESIGN REQUIREMENTS

A fan missing from all Alienware Aurora chassis from r1-r12. Nothing has changed inside. There is still no air cooling and only room for 1 120mm water cooling radiator. If you're using SLI, you can't install GPU liquid cooling, and your GPU literally faces the bottom of the case with no room for air. There is only one fan facing the back of the GPU and that is the front fan. One of two fans in one compact package. Fans with speeds up to 3000+ RPM come standard, which is pretty impressive. But the noise is unbearable at this fan speed. So I switched it to the noctua front fans and it's a bit quieter but not by much as I don't spin high speeds on older fans anyway which don't make much noise anyway unless they spin crazy I notice the side panels vents anyway and even appear to have holes for installing a fan. So I bought one of those little 80mm fans to try and it worked, it was pretty easy to detach the metal case from the plastic cover, a clamp like mechanism in the middle held everything together. Simply press and slide the metal plate from the Aurora's plastic panel and begin installing the fan. The funny thing is the ones I installed. I found that there are no extra 4-pin fan connectors so you can connect an extra fan if you don't want to use the CPU fan header to the side panel fan or plug the pump fan into the CPU socket and then connecting the sidewall fan to the pump fan, neither option worked for me, so I went for secret option number 3, I use the y-cable that comes with a 80mm Noctua fan, and connect my front fan and side panel fan to that and use the front fan header as they are about the same place on the case and both noctua fans i think there won't be too much of a problem, fingers crossed and it worked . Even if they are different sizes and speeds. Lol, check the temperature difference anyway. I'm very happy with the mod I made for it, almost felt Alienware should have included it from the start. I also think there is enough space to add another 120mm liquid cooler instead of the front fan. With a little dremel work you can cut out some of the extra metal casing and some of the plastic on the front. This is how you can cool your GPU and CPU with liquid. I think I might do it just for fun one day. Now I don't even play games on my computer. I just like taking it apart and swapping parts of the computer left and right just for fun and performance. Definitely yes, if you have an Aurora take one of these, it's good.
