I experience choppy scrolling when capturing video from HDMI sources. Other HDMI sources do not display any picture at all, although they work with other devices. After contacting support they tried to say that the problem was with my motherboard. Several other customers have reported that they had a similar issue when contacting support. Since no progress could be made, I had to refuse support and return the product as defective.
