Wish it was a foldable kickstand for easy storage as you have to unscrew to take off once you want to store.Speaking of storing, it would of been nice if it came with a storage case instead of just having to store this within the box that it came with.Comes with 4 metal scooping tools and different ends to get the stubborn wax out but that is not used with the camera, they are standalone tools.There is a back plastic funnel and small plastic scoops that you use with the camera and light to perform viewing into the ear and cleaning.It is pretty difficult to get focusing right as it tends to focus on the hairs in your ear which looses focus to the distant area.You need to practice to get more comfortable with it. It is defiantly easier to perform on someone else than it is to perform on yourself.The wired connection is pretty stiff going to the hand instrument. I wish the end would rotate 360 degrees on the handle as you feel restriction from the wire while using the instrument. You are moving so delicately and careful so feeling a pull pack from the wire on the handle is very unforgiving.User Manual comes in 4 different languages
