I wasn't expecting much at this price but this thing is just plain junk. Although the ruler and jaws are made of stainless steel, to say that the plastic part of the LCD is very poorly made is an understatement. The wheel (which is attached with a tiny plastic hook) broke after two measurements and the battery compartment can no longer be closed. It does not hold zero and is inaccurate compared to quality calipers. Avoid this product and spend a little more for a better device. I don't usually leave many 1 star reviews but this item really deserves it. To me this is an instant refund/refund and a waste of time.
