Their team was very engaged in meeting with me to help understand my audience so that we would be effective together. I highly recommend this firm for your digital media needs! They met all expectations, created quality content each month which grew our brand exponentially as well (website/blog posts). The biggest downside? It felt like they had too many vendors working under them or were not doing anything but "shipping" projects rather than being an agency building relationships in their client portfolio - it takes time!! Keep at it though--they are amazing! We needed something new from scratch to fill gaps left by other firms. Our previous marketing strategy lacked engagement; creating more interaction among users. As always when there’s been no work ethic involved you can definitely tell who will provide great service based upon what work ethic and integrity have gone into providing high-quality product. With upshift creative however a big part has changed since starting up with Upshifts services again in 2016 -- great customer support staff now! A BIG thanks here because before using their talent, knowledge base wasn't really known around where I lived until I love that everything we do is about building our brand and not just producing content for our clients. We make sure to take the time to get to know their business and what they are trying to accomplish. The team has been amazing to work with. They're always open to new ideas and have been willing to jump in and help us implement them to create fresh ways to engage our clients. It's been a pleasure working with the team at UpShift. They're very creative and always keep me up to date!
