Comfortable, Great Sound, But With A Few Issues

Update from 08/22/20. I managed to find a workaround for the medium sized wings which I prefer on these headphones. I ended up using clear gorilla glue to make sure the inside of the wings had enough adhesion so they didn't come loose every time I took the bud from my bounty out of its container. Much more beautiful. Updated 07/25/20. It is true that Anker stands behind their products and contacted me shortly after I submitted my review. I've added a star simply because of their supportive efforts to address the shortcomings noted in my original review. While Spirit Dot 2 is still not perfect for my use, they will still be in rotation. Mainly because they are very comfortable and sound great. I would still recommend Anker products after this experience. I've been a fan of the Soundcore headphones through the SoundBuds Slim and Liberty Neo and they're an improvement in some ways but have a few flaws that surprised me for a newer and more expensive product. Here's my take on a few weeks of using these headphones. Pros: These headphones are more comfortable than my Liberty Neos due to the soft material of the wings and a tighter fit on my ear. I could wear them all day. - The ability to use any headphone is a big improvement. - The slide case fits better in my pocket and the slide movement is nice and smooth. - If there were no cons, it would be worth a reasonable price. Con - Not sure I'm a total touch button fan. This was more annoying for me, and I found that when a drop of water (rain, sweat, facial tonic splash) hits the outside of the earbud, it simulates a long press and the earbud turns off. Place the bud back into the case to turn it back on. Very annoying when cycling. Despite being a pro they sleep more comfortably than my Liberty Neos but there are two problems. 1. If I accidentally roll the earpiece over my ear, I simply turn off the earpiece by touching the cushion (after not moving for a few seconds). 2. Earphone batteries often don't last all night. Where can my Liberty Neos work stably. The wings, while comfortable, detach an unfortunate percentage of the time when I remove them from my ear or case. other headphones, battery, etc. So these headphones are not yet in my regular charge rotation and I need to bring a cable for this occasion. Since the cons are related to the activities I use the headphones for on a daily basis, the Spit Dot 2 will probably be returned.
