I use a straightener almost every day because I hate drying my hair and if I let it air dry, i get curls I have never used a straightening brush so please be aware that I have no experience with any other straightening brush that compares to this Cayzor Ionic hair straightening brush. Pros: Heats up quickly and brushing underneath gives you a little more styling than you could with an iron. It also means it takes a bit more effort to get the absolute straightening effect, but I actually prefer the straightening effect with more volume. While it may seem like a small thing, another plus is that there's an attached Velcro strap for the cord to prevent it from becoming damaged, tangled, or annoying when not in use. There's also a storage pouch which is good for travel but make sure it's completely cool before use. The box is also good if you want to give it as a gift. If you're like our crazy family, you'll keep the box and laugh when the bald grandpa opens his present and thinks you got him a hair straightener. to me after reading my review!). Read on to find out the details. (I originally wrote this): The handle is awkward because the buttons are easy to press (set temperature or turn off altogether). It's not a deal breaker, but something to be aware of when using it, as you'll have to customize how you hold it and not how you normally hold your brush, which is pretty ironic considering what it is. EDIT: I was contacted by customer service and was told that I can lock the temp by pressing + and - at the same time to avoid accidentally changing the temp or turning it off. IT WORKS! Not only can't I say anything negative, I can now attest to the fast and friendly service. :-) Overall, it's a reasonable price and worth trying. I haven't used it for a long time, so this is my first experience review. I'll update if there are any major changes, otherwise consider this an inexpensive option for styling curly hair.
