Received in the mail today for use with my Galaxy S8+. I like its features, but I had an issue that could - but didn't - draw attention. After about a minute or two of normal use, the motors suddenly shut off and the phone fell into the off position (gimble and the phone itself stayed on). Knowing that I have a heavier phone and that they sell counterweights. For Smooth 4 I did an impromptu test to see if a counterweight might help. I took a very large metal clamp and attached it to my arm so that it was on the right side and facing out. This subtle addition to a makeshift counterweight worked like a charm! So I order a set of counterweights for a more permanent solution and that's it! :-)
