I really can't say enough good things about this mug! She's obviously adorable. I'm so excited it even comes in a 24 ounce version - I drink a lot of coffee! Especially during fall football when it gets chilly, I can drink a smaller (16 ounce) cup before the end of Q1. I have very short fingers for an adult — I can wear kid-sized gloves — and while it's 24 ounces, I don't feel like it's huge in my hand. It fits in my cup holder (Chevy Traverse 2017). Can't comment on how long it keeps drinks hot other than 2 hours (left it on my table with the lid open). during a meeting and it was still pleasantly hot when I got back), but I had to start mixing cold water with strong coffee to be able to drink it soon (or a cold coffee with hot coffee). Otherwise it will take too long to cool down. Blending cold water into strong black coffee so I can drink it right away is something I've always done, even before this mug. The lid is screw-on, which I really appreciate - flip-top lids mostly annoy me. Contrary to some other reviews, I had no problem removing the lid while the mug was still hot. The neck clasp is strong, but I only fasten it when it's full and I'm in the car. I tested it for leaks by sealing it well and turning the cup upside down - no leaks at all. The only improvement I can think of that I'd like to see is some sort of silicone bottom. They have silicone boots for water bottles; Even something like this would do, although I don't think it would fit in a boot-on cup holder. All in all I would definitely buy this mug again and probably end up with other colors.
