I'm in love with this headset. I work 10 hour shifts in a noisy call center. This headset did not hurt my ears at all. Very loud and drowned out my teammates next to me. Most importantly, my customers don't hear anyone but me. If I had the money I would buy a second set in case something happened to this one! hey kids I can't say enough about it. buy it and you will be happy. UPDATE *** I just bought another headset because I'm so rough with it. And after 2 years of 40-50 hours a week they were defeated. Still the absolute BEST headset I've ever had. I tried it before when I was 24. Tell me about the challenge. Most of them hurt my ears after a 10 hour call center shift just because of my glasses. Not this one. Never pain! Hands down #1. And they support their products if you have any problems.
