I recently bought this to switch between Vista and XP computers and it worked right out of the box with no setup issues. This model costs a little more than the similar Syba model, SY-KVM20051 Syba SY-KVM20051 USB interface, 2x ports, wired KVM switch, compact design, video up to 2048x1536 pixels, with wired remote switch, but I like this one me better, so how it has hotkey port switching (as opposed to the remote switch on the other model). This model also has built-in audio (which I don't use but might be useful for some customers). Best of all, the cables are a bit longer than the other model, making it easier to install on my desk. Other model cables were too short for easy setup. Overall a good product so far.
