I have tried hooking this up to a perfectly working HP Pavilion HPE running Windows 7 and an older XP computer. The video worked fine, but I was disabled because it couldn't detect my Microsoft Wireless 3000 keyboard and mouse, even though the user manual says it should. Typical KVM; It was easy to connect and the standard double ctrl key works great for switching between my XP desktop/laptop. One problem is that sometimes if I accidentally hit ctrl and another key twice at the same time, the path seems to get lost and I have to unplug the USB from both computers and restart. It only happens at the worst possible moment, hence the three stars. I would still buy it again given the price and one of the few with sonic capabilities.
