We like that we can track our beer inventory from anywhere in the world, it's easy to use once you get used to how everything works (it takes some time). It has been hard for us at times keeping up w/the demand of using this product compared to other products out there! If I had one thing i'd change about their service would be more customer support staff - not enough during peak hours or weekends when everyone needs help figuring something out!! Great system if your looking into purchasing an online brewery management solution. Keeping tabs on all aspects of brewing including production schedule, current stock levels, sales figures etc makes running my business so much easier than doing things manually. The benefits are endless but really just having complete control over every aspect allows me to make better decisions down the road as far as what beers will become available next season vs waiting until they're sold off before making changes.
