Solid software with many features & capabilities

We like that we can track our beer inventory from anywhere in the world, it's easy to use once you get used to how everything works (it takes some time). It has been hard for us at times keeping up w/the demand of using this product compared to other products out there! If I had one thing i'd change about their service would be more customer support staff - not enough during peak hours or weekends when everyone needs help figuring something out!! Great system if your looking into purchasing anโ€ฆ

  • Not too big & bulky either which helps keep costs low along side functionality.
  • The interface seems user friendly
  • Great mobile app options allowing customers access even while away form home base
Cons
  • Takes longer getting info back then entering information originally
