Very Low Quality
Most of the 60 needles I've bought are rough or have burrs in and around the lugs that tend to snag the thread and the fabric I'm sewing with. Also, some needles are not straight, and while this is not critical for hand sewing, it does indicate their poor quality. I got what I paid for. They end up in the trash and I buy a big brand instead.
